My name is Wenyao and have been lived in London since 2018.
Born in a North-eastern city in China, I have been studied in Australia and New Zealand before settled in the UK. My passion of guiding started from wanting to show my own parents the different histories and cultures when traveling the world, but then I truly fell in love with the English history and its culture. And now, I want to show you the country as I do to my own family, to understand the cultural difference from its history, and hopefully, you could enjoy the charm of this country as I do. I qualified as a City of London guide in 2021 and then the Islington & Clerkenwell guide. If you are interested in English history, places like Tower of London, Westminster Abbey or Hampton Court would be a great day out. If you are keen to Royal family, I can take you to Windsor Castle or Change of Guard plus Kensington Palace. If you want to know more about how London has become one of the largest financial centre in the world, you can’t miss the City of London – built by Roman 2000 years ago!
