Jeremy Itzcovitz
Hello, I’m lucky enough to have lived in London all my life, and would love to share my fabulous city with you. Whether you’re on holiday or a local keen to see more of your city, there is so much I can show you in London - the great museums and galleries, the tradition and culture, as well as the fabulous and creative ways in which London constantly renews itself. I’ve lived in various parts of London, and my love of the city started when I went to school in the centre of the 2000 year old City of London. It grew as I worked in a variety of districts across central London, exploring sites around me whenever I could, giving me a depth of knowledge and love of the city that I now enjoy sharing as a London Blue Badge tourist guide. It’s not just the great locations and architectural gems though. It’s the stories behind them that make these places special too. As well as a passion for London history, art and architecture, my degree in English Literature helps me bring the sites of great writers such as Charles Dickens to life. I can get you around efficiently, helped by a 20 year career working for London’s transport provider. London’s great transport system includes fabulous buildings all over the city. Whatever your interests, I am happy to tailor a tour to help you make the most of London. If you’d like a tour of the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey or St Paul’s cathedral I can help you get the best out of them. If you’d like to visit our great museums and galleries let me show you our National Gallery, or the National Portrait Gallery, Tate Britain and more. If, like me, you enjoy walking tours mine include the fascinating stories of immigration around Spitalfields, culture along the South Bank, or areas of incredible regeneration such as Stratford or the King’s Cross district. I can help you really enjoy your time in London, so that you have a memorable time in this great city.
