I am Colombian by birth but a Londoner by heart. I have lived in the U.K. for thirty years. My interest in London led me to obtain a BA degree in history and politics from Queen Mary University of London, the City Guide qualification from the Corporation of London, and the Clerkenwell and Islington Guide qualification. IN 2005 I was awarded my Blue Badge and since then I have worked as a tourist guide, not only in London but also in historic cities and places of interest outside London.
My aim is to share my love for England, its diverse cultures, traditions and historic sites, focusing on history, architecture, museums, galleries, theatre and the countryside.
I am happy to provide full day or half day tours, on foot or using public transport, tailored to your requirements.
Soy Colombiana de nacimiento pero una Londinense de Corazón. Desde hace treinta años vivo en Inglaterra. Mi interés por Londres me llevó a hacer un BA en Historia y Políticas en Queen Mary College, University of London, obtuve el certificado de City Guide otorgado por la Corporacion de Londres y también un diploma de Clerkenwell y Islington.
En 2005 fue acreditada como una “Blue Badge Guide” y desde entonces he estado guiando, no solamente en Londres pero también en ciudades históricas y lugares de interés fuera de Londres. Mi mayor interés es compartir mi amor por Inglaterra, sus diversas culturas, tradiciones y lugares históricos y pintorescos.
Estoy muy contenta de ofrecer “tours” todo el día, medio día y en la noche, incluyendo tours llamados “Walking Tours” los que se pueden hacer caminando, o usando trasporte público, hechos de acuerdo a sus requisitos.
